• SEO: (B) This is a good score for us to build on.
• USABILITY: (C) This is a good score and a little tinkering will improve this straight away.
• PERFORMANCE: (C+) This a good score and this will not be hard to improve.
• SOCIAL: (F) The company want to increase their Social Media presence but are looking into and will increase as they move on to Social Media.

Britax Accountants is already a well-established company with a website poorly managed by another third party. We took over, built a new site and liaised with third party took control of their original website and emails to create what you see now.

Score Explained:

• SEO: (B+) This is a good score for us to build on.
• USABILITY: (C+) This is a good score and a little tinkering will improve this straight away.
• PERFORMANCE: (B+) This a great score for this.
• SOCIAL: (F) Due to the company not really looking at social media, this cannot be improved.
• LINKS: (D) This is a good starting score and will improve with our SEO strategy.

iTech Care ltd are an electrical repair shop specialising in repairing phones, laptops, computers and consoles. iTech Care ltd wanted us to help their business online with the intent to advertise their services along with what products they have available to sell.

Armed with this, we set up a development working site for the client to monitor and started to work towards developing. We researched everything in great detail. We wanted to promote the services that iTech Care ltd offer, so we built a heavy information page for each service. We have added an e-commerce section to be activated once all the products are made available and iTechCare is ready for online sales.

Score Explained:

• SEO: (B+) This is an excellent score and a great starting point.
• LINKS (F) This is a starting point we have 25 backlinks and just need to keep adding to that over time.
• Usability: (C+) Good score just let down by page loading speed.
• Performance: (C+) Good score page speed is reducing this score. This can be improved with image optimisation and file compacting.
• Social: (F) Waiting for client to increase social media accounts currently only on Facebook.

Theo’s Barbers is a local barber shop trying to adapt with the COVID-19 pandemic. They came to us with a desire to follow the government guidelines along with still offering the great customer experience that they were known for.

Armed with this, we set up a development working site for the client to monitor and started to work towards developing. We researched everything in great detail. Knowing the requirements of track and trace, we linked a booking system for the company to have an active database of all the customers who entered the shop. We also included a notification system to keep customers coming back, so after 20 days a reminder email is sent to remind them of their last appointment to remind them to book again.

Score Explained:

• SEO: (B-) This is a good score to start with and will be going through rounds of SEO optimisation to improve this further
• LINKS: (F) Currently has 18 back links this will increase over time.
• Usability: (A-) Great score just need to keep it maintained with future updates.
• Performance: (B+) Good score let down slight on page loading speed will do image optimisations.
• Social: (F) Client is only on Facebook and Instagram; they will need to increase accounts to increase this score.

Knowing the requirements of track and trace, we linked a booking system for the company to have an active database of all the customers that used this service.

• SEO: (A+) Simply the best what can we say.
• Links: (D) Good score room for improvement which will happen over time.
• Usability (C+) Good score let down by page loading speed but still a good score.
• Performance: (C+) Good score only let down by server response which will get improved on a clean up exercise.
• Social: (D) Client is very active on Social Media which is a great help here.

Millard Travel Limited

Millard Travel ltd is an Airport Shuttle Specialist company working out of Dudley offering Airport Transfers and other taxi services to Dudley and surrounding areas.

A very similar company to Powis Travel we could have easily just copied it over and treated this as a quick build but with a brief from the client and to show our talent we thought it best to treat this as a unique build added with the charity work that the owner does we used a blog site to allow them to keep their customers and use as advertising. We are very happy with the finished article and vowed to assist in pushing Millard Travel Charity adventures free of charge.

Score Explained:

• SEO: (A-) Two grades away from a perfect score, which we will be looking at on the next round of SEO updates.
• Links: (F) 42 backlinks and will be increasing over time.
• Usability: (C+) Good score let down only by page loading speed.
• Performance: (C+) Good score let down by server response speed; server clean-up should help this.
• Social: (F) Client only active on Facebook looking to increase with client.
